The Climb Challenge and Fitbit

If Fitbit is synced to MFP, won't it count all of my calories burned including workouts?
The reason I ask is there's a new challenge up called The Climb Challenge. You have to log a workout in MFP to get credit. I have Fitbit synced to MFP so it already counts my activity, not just steps, right? Since the syncing just started working and I have a new Fitbit I haven't figured it out.

I'd like to know too! I never add my activities since my Fitbit is synced.

I don't have a fit bit. But from what I gather it adjusts your calories automatically without logging exercise? If that's the case. For the challenge just log your exercises into MFP and change the calories burned to 1. The challenge will then recognize your activity without affecting your calorie goal.

Thanks for responding. I tried this and anything I log under the cardio category removes my Fitbit entry on the next sync. It's like one or the other. So frustrating.

I use a Fitbit as well and I'm able to add 1 minute of aerobics at 1 calorie burned into MFP without my Fitbit adjustment disappearing. Also, once the challenge recognizes you added it, you can then remove it and it still counts.
