Recommended values of Carbs

Hi all

I only joined yesterday and am excited about this site. However i just completed all my food for the day...everything nothing missed. It felt like a good day choice wise. I am 151 Calories under and i havent even logged my exercise yet. However i am 21grms of Carbs OVER. I am not sure what to make of this i have avoided bread and many other obvious carb choices yet it seems all the fruit and veg adds up to a lot.

Any guidance on if i should be concerned over this and try and keep and eye on the content would help, as i though that if i calorie counted then everything else would fall into place....

    I reset my setting to the 40-30-30 rule. It seems to be working for me :)
