Exercising when buzzed from the night before

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the right board, and I apologize if it is not. I got up today and I'm still kind of buzzed from last night. I was just wondering if it would be harmful to workout while feeling this way. I tried searching online, but didn't really get an answer to that specific question, just about drinking while exercising or exercising right after drinking. Thank you for your help!!

Um...can you have a coffee, some food, a bit of water...and wait a couple hours?

I've benched pressed and done squats while buzzed, from the same day. I don't recommend people do what I do all the time.

For what? If it's possible for you to wait a bit before exercising I don't understand why you asked the question.

I sometimes train baked and go as hard and safe as when not - no issues with that.
Hungover - no major issues with it but personally not my cup of tea. I noticed that lifting when hungover would amplify my headache - max i do is run, sauna and ice bath - kills the hungover.

:) I hate exercising, but I enjoy it when I'm buzzed. Gives me focus and determination. Every body's different.

I might workout buzzed because the hangover tomorrow might keep me from feeling like it tomorrow!
