My journey begins tomorrow. My Fitness Pal will be an integral part of my success. This is all about creating new habits and being honest with myself. I will journal EVERYTHING!

    Same here! Been at it about a month now. I have yet to do a check in. Some thing important to remember I learned from some trainer friends. The first few months as you weigh in you're going to be gaining muscle, which is heavier than fat. Keep that in mind and don't get discouraged! You can do it!

    Actually @Catti90 thats not really true , to gain muscle you need to be in surplus of calories ( eat more) to lose weight you need to be in deficit ( eat less than you burn ) & to gain muscle you need to be doing Resistance training ( weights ) ask your trainer friends to talk to you about CICO calories in calories out ..
