I have lost 9.5 pounds in my first month on MFP!! I have also dropped a dress size !!! I bought a pretty dress as a reward to keep myself motivated!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!

    GREAT JOB!!!! That's EXACTLY how much I've lost in a month! It's the best feeling ever! I was thinking I'd maybe lose 6-8 lbs, but 9.5 lbs is AMAZING!!!
