    Congrats to all you. I am only two days on keto and seem to be having trouble keeping my protein under or at goal. Any tips on meal planning? I have a ton to lose too!

    It's my understanding that protein needs to be at or over goal, not under. When under, you start to lose muscle. Correct me if I'm wrong?

    Join the facebook group Ketogenic Dieters! They're awesome there and you'll get all the insights and encouragement you need. The admins have lost a combined total of 1400 lbs (some losing more than 100 pounds individually) and the members are very helpful.

    I couldn't agree more. I follow their program to a T and am down (when I last weighed 51 lbs in 100 days. It's like MAGIC! :)
