    I'd like to join! I desperately need to lose for health reasons...high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, and we just found out I have a benign pancreatic tumor. All of which I can attribute to obesity and alcohol abuse. I'll be having surgery to remove the tumor soon, but will have to rely on nutrition to get my weight down during the recovery period.
