Hi, I'm Salvo from Italy. I'm looking for someone to start this journey with, someone to talk to when I'm down and I feel empty and hungry!
It's not the first time I'm trying to lose weight (ten years ago I've lost ~60lbs!) and I learned that I eat mainly for emotional reason, and that friends make huge difference!
