Check these out, they are all very similar. Choose one that looks simple and doable, print it out, post it on your fridge, When a meal gets boring, google 400 calorie dinners or something like that to spice things up a bit.0 -

You right about being scared of fat fat is not the enemy. The wrong fat is. I eat avocados which are high in fat nearly every day. It's a good fat and your body needs some fat. I also eat whole eggs and have no cholesterol problems. I don't eat fake diet food of any kind. I do try and eat food as close to its natural state as possible. That is with little to no chemicals and preservatives. Search out a few blogs you like and trust. You need to learn what different foods do.

Also use your diary as a planner (don't log after the event but plan your meals in advance so you can see calories for every meal and make helathier substitutions)0 -

They have a variety of meal plans you can create for yourself based on daily calories. If you like 1 day, just use that. Or you can rotate a few days of meals. There are so many great options out there.
