Just curious, but where do you save on calories and where do you splurge?

    I don't understand what you mean. I try to log everything accurately, and choose carefully.

    I save calories by avoiding sweetened drinks (colas, sweet tea, etc), and by eating very little bread (bread is my least favorite part of the meal, except for sandwiches). I splurge on wine :).

    I'm in maintenance but take 200 off sun-thurs to have 500 extra on Friday and Saturday - works really well for me.

    Splurge on pizza, save on other foods if I have to. As in eat lighter earlier in the day.
