About a 115 lb difference in a little over a year between the two pics. Still looking to lose another 50+.

Loss 60 lbs - ish ~ (34 BMI). Deit, Daily Exercise and Lose Dose Metformin (off now)
How do I lose the other 45 to 60 lbs with a jacked-up knee? Walking/ Stairs/ Incline is my thing. I walked from South Street Seaport to Main Street Flushing down 7 line in NYC in high school. I want to repeat this feat. Could use some prayers now
