I have recently joined this website to do some serious dieting and exercising to tone up my belly and thighs...
i would love some advice on maybe how to lose some of my belly fat and the top of my legs, Any exercises i could do at home?

i weigh 9stone and 6 pounds, and really want to try and lose 3 pounds a week maybe? i know its unhealthy but i really dont care as its only for 2 weeks, and after that i will be on holiday and eating the right amount of food but no dieting...

i have slim arms and a coat hanger shape neck, and my legs are fine too.. but the areas that really contain the fat is the top of my legs[which i know i the hardest too lose so i will try my hardest to keep on top] and the lower bit of my belly...
i feel really uncomfortable as well, around my friends as they have slim bodies.. which makes me look bigger than i actually am :S! and especially when wearing a bikini to the beach!

Please reply as much information :) i will appreciate it so much!
And feel free to read my diary!!

Many thanks

I say this with all sincerity, MFP is about fitness and health, not extreme dieting. If you want to learn how to become healthy, and eat right for life, and how to exercise to help lose weight in a healthy manner, then I'm sure you'll receive a ton of replies, but asking for a way to lose an unhealthy amount of weight is really not something that's going to fly well here.

Sorry to be so blunt, but it's the simple truth.
  • i understand what you mean, but everyone wants to look on holiday?
i heard even on a healthy diet the most you can lose is 2 pounds so what is another pound going to do? i dont think it will hurt tbh...
as i am going to be with my slim friends and all... there will be hundreds of photos taking and etc.. and i would just like to look at a picture and think wow i look alright or something..? :s

I think maybe you should look up two week diets or something if you want to lose a lot (more than 3 pounds a week) maybe the cabbage soup diet or beach diet, but I think you will probably get the same kind of answers from everyone on here, this is a long haul site with people doing it healthy and sustaining. It's not really fair to be asking us to give you advice on something we don't really believe in.
I'm not trying to be harsh, I just think there are sites out there that could help you a bit better.
    Good luck
