It's the hardest part...

So this is day 3 of logging my food and exercise. I do see if makes me more aware of how much I eat and how little I do quality exercise... In other words I'm not feeling the motivation yet... But I'm trying... You guys sure there isn't a pill?

    How nice it would be if there was a pill. But all it takes is motivation and a great support system.

    Logging has really helped me see what is actually going on in my diet. I am doing much better with it, but sometimes it is so annoying to order something that should be healthy, but then I get home and log it and find it is awful. It is, however, good to know. Before, I ate a lot of healthy things. But when I talked about eating healthy, I really didn't have a clue.
