I'm in as well (and have sent a request to the group to join). I've lost 72 pounds this year and am about two thirds of the way done. I've been doing the Memorial Day - Sept challenge (and will continue that), but I'm happy to this challenge to take me through to December.
The other challenge has a google doc spreadsheet for tracking which has worked really well. Does anyone want me to set one up for this challenge?

Me! Me! Me! I weighed in at the beginning of the week AND I am going on vacation in mid-November. My goal is to lose 3 lbs a week (don't worry everyone, that amount of weight was approved by my dear doctor who is insistent that I slim down. He actually thinks 5 lbs a week is attainable, but I'm aiming for 3!)

Week 1 (08/01) - 272.2 (this might be water weight. I was weighing in at 265.4 but then in the space of 4 days I was up to 272.2 and have pretty much stayed there......And my BP and diabetes is playing havoc with me right now....if it suddenly drops back I'll readjust.)

All I can say is at least it's a loss, can do so much better. Goals: 64oz water (more if possible), 30min of exercise &/or 10k steps, food planning and logging every day what I eat.2 -

I would like to join in. A little late, but better late than never. I am right around 184, and goal is ten lb per month, 2.5 lb per week, so -35 lb is the goal. :-) Thanks! I needed some motivation!2
