Refocusing...on me!

I am recommitting to being the best me for so many reasons. I got distracted for a couple years and it weighed heavily on me.....literally! Just looking for mutual support. I need to lose 45 pounds, would like to lose 70. But mostly I want to be healthy and active and do all the fun outdoor things I've been missing. No more using the excuse I'm too old and fat...

Working on similar goal i was 187Ibs at 5'4" not good when most of weight was fat now after a month of light activities 170.6 and trying to keep on track trying to diet move more lose fat first and get back in the game .low cal low carb more natural vegetables and natural protein it my plan.0
