High carb, high calorie recipes

I'm looking to gain 3kg so I can reach my body weight goal of 70kg (not that big but I've always been rather small). I find that it's really easy for me to hit the amount of protein I need in a day, but I'm just not hitting the calories or carbs needed. I need to hit about 3500 calories a day and 440 carbs.
