Hey everyone my name is Claire just thought it was time I said hello, I'm loving using this app to help my weightloss. I'm 5 weeks in and have lost 17.3lbs so far and feeling so motivated. How are you all finding it? Anyone got any great chicken recipes for one also please x

    Hi Yvonne, yes please in recipes. How are you finding things so far? I find it so useful to know what calories I'm eating and it has opened my eyes to loads of wasted calories in unhealthy snacks etc

    I've successfully used the app to lose weight in the past, but unfortunately put it all back (and more) over last 2 years.

    I tend to make recipes up as I go along depending what I have in, but happy to share the good ones. What styles of cuisine do you like? Are you just counting calories or are you aiming for a low-carb/fat/sodium/etc* style diet as well? [*delete as appropriate]
