Hi my name is Chrissy I have been on this journey now for a good while. I started it back in September 29 2014 when my grandfather was really sick. I was 212 which is my highest I ever been . I have been as low as 205 then bounce right back up. I know from pass this is only thing that has kept me on track and actually losing . I need help staying motivated and support along the way. I'm a mom of 2 boys and lots of health issues in my family I'm trying to stay away from.

You got this! Add some friends to your account to help you stay motivated. Don't go gung ho and start out by under eating, that will backfire on you. And eat back a good amount of your exercise calories, because thats how MFP sets up your deficit. Good luck!0

I'm back also. I did all of May with no sugar, alcohol, white flour, etc. Limited choices made it almost easier. I lost 11 lbs, but on June 1 I tanked right back into dessert world. I started again yesterday. This time, I will just be counting calories and exercise. If I stay within range and I'm strict with calorie counts, I think I can lose the same amount while still enjoying some of my favorite foods. I too am looking for someone to share similar goals with.0

I'm here even with having issue with my Fitbit sync to fitness pal. I can see everything in Fitbit but can't see stuff in fitness pal from Fitbit but can see it is connected0
