type in each part separately. It is likely that the veggies you put in will be very little calories (< 20), but I'd make sure to put the mustard, egg white and flatbread.

Add each ingredient separately. OR, if this is something you eat on a regular basis, make it one of your "recipes", so you can quickly/easily add it in the future.

You could input it into a recipe and then MFP will figure it out for you.

Mustard = zero cal!! It's a great substitution for mayo!

Go to subway.com and look at their nutrition pdf menu. They list each ingredient seperatley, so you can add each item from your omelette into the MFP database. If you have access to a printer, try printing the pdf menu. I keep one handy myself. :D

No :( All of the entries have cheese, or yellow egg, I cant seem to find the exact one... I just added the one that said with cheese, and ill just take 30 or so calories off in my head I guess since I didn't have the cheese!

It isn't on the Nutritional Information on Subway's Website. So send them and email to this email address and they will respond with the exact answer to your question. They can give you everything you need to input it in to MFP. I have done it for a couple of sandwiches last week. The email address is asksubway@subway.com. Hopes this helps you out.

True! But also has quite a bit of sodium in it that would be good to record.

On Subway's website under nutritional information you can find a breakdown of the nutrition facts for EACH ingredient. I always input my sandwich creations into MFP recipe tool and it gives me a total.
