Eating time

Just wondering if it really makes a big difference on eating time. I exercise near bred time and I usually try to eat before I exercise but like tonight I couldn't and I ate after 7:45 PM and I go to bed around 9:30. I'm eating 1900 calories a day, could this be a problem for me eating so close to bed time?

From a weight loss perspective? No.
Eating close to bedtime can cause heartburn or disrupted sleeping in some people. If you're one of those people, you may have a problem. If not, you're probably fine. Either way, tomorrow you should know your answer for the future.0 -
No, timing of meals doesn't matter.
I tend to eat right before bed, which affects my morning weigh-in sometimes. But that's just from water/sodium/etc. it doesn't hinder weight loss.0 -
Thank you!0
