I am new to the mfp community and also to healthy weightloss. 167 was my highest recorded weight, gained during the first year of my son's life.
I wouldnt say I always had weight issues. I am 28 years old, 5'4.5" and my set weight without diet or exercise was always 152. But i did have issues with how I saw myself because i wasn't "small enough."
Today things are different, and my image of an ideal body type has changed. I want to be stronger and faster! I have never been a runner but I am telling myself i can do this. Today i am 156 (11 pounds down from my highest weight!) and i want to keep the motivation and STAY HEALTHY!!
