On your health journey, how have your weights, and clothing sizes changed? This is a huge motivation to me. Thanks for sharing!!
SW: 180 lbs 5'5
CW: 135 lbs
GW: 125-130lbs
Size: 2-4 or 5-7 in pants shirts: small to medium and dresses: 5-6

I'm 5'3" SW 240 lbs, sz 24 pants snd xxl shirts, CW 156.6 lbs, sz 12 pants and s to m shirts. GW 140 lbs.3

Years ago I was 220 in college, and wearing a size 20 pant. I am much more muscular now, but I think the shift to vanity sizing may play into this also.1 -

I'm actually a lot smaller than I was in high school, I was never able to wear tiny clothes. But I tend to buy Japanese clothing since they tend to fit me better than Western clothing- those run a bit big on me, especially shirts & dresses. :c2 -

As a guy it sucks. I have to relearn all my clothing sizes and I just can't buy online like I used to. I actually have to figure out what size I can wear now. On the other hand I could fit a lot more into a suitcase or use a smaller suitcase.1 -
