Good Morning!! Today is our Fun Day Wednesday...:flowerforyou:

What my pals and I love to do is motivate each other to the fullest so we create a few things on certain days..Whether it's and activity, food, or just something inspirational to say randomly and it makes it interesting..Today we are to post as our profile pic the body part that has improved the most so far in our journey of Healthier living and Lifestyle! My improved body part was my legs they have much more definition in flats or heels...Not that other areas hadnt improved...but this is the one body part I LOVE and would keep the same way so far. I added the StairMaster to my daily workout for at least 10-15min and wow did it change them. So try it with your pals by asking them to post there most improved area as a profile pic and summarize a little of how it got that way..and be inspired...Have Fun you deserve it for all the hard work!!:happy:

    well for me i just focused a month on cardio which was rowing intervals and treadmill intervals and did more strength training on the weight rather than heavy lifting. I even did a workout called "300" which is now my fave lol!

    I did a complete overhaul on my diet and food intake and a lot of research online to what i need to eat and how to eat it, then looked at what best suited me and why.

    my upper body has decreased in fat alot and strength gotten better! what can i Say it's thanks to you guys here for the support and motivation.
