SW 280 size 24 pants, XXL shirts
    CW 225 Loose 18, Tight 16 pants, L shirts

Years ago I was 220 in college, and wearing a size 20 pant. I am much more muscular now, but I think the shift to vanity sizing may play into this also.

5'1'' (small frame) female, 25 years old
SW (since starting MFP): 151 lbs
    CW: 106 lbs
    GW: 100 lbs
    Starting pants size (US): 14
Starting shirt size: M to L
    Current pants: 0/2
    Current shirt: XS to S

I'm actually a lot smaller than I was in high school, I was never able to wear tiny clothes. But I tend to buy Japanese clothing since they tend to fit me better than Western clothing- those run a bit big on me, especially shirts & dresses. :c

    Waist was 46/48. Now 36/38
    Neck was 18. Now 16
Gym shorts was xxl. Now large

As a guy it sucks. I have to relearn all my clothing sizes and I just can't buy online like I used to. I actually have to figure out what size I can wear now. On the other hand I could fit a lot more into a suitcase or use a smaller suitcase.
