I shorter than I thought.

I measured my self the other day turns out I am 5' 5" not 5' 7" as I was in high school. So in almost 20 years I have shrunk 2 inches. Really? I asked mys sister and she said I do look shorter.

People do get shorter as they age. Try to pay attention to your posture.1

Ive shrunk 1" (in height) since high school, but 2 seems excessive in 20 years since I'm considerably older than you.0

That's why at my age, I don't measure myself. I can still pretend I am still the same length as when I was younger0
