me!! I was hoping that there would be more of us. It's so hard to loose the weight gained through this without being able to exercise even a little bit sometimes0

Yeah, I walk as much as I can but can't even think about other exercise!0

Yes..
Mine is a whole load better than it was.
For me 'graded excercise' really helps my recovery, and my mood.
(Broadly - You find your base level of excercise - 5 mins or 15 mins of walking or whatever that you CAN do comfortably ... Do this for 2 weeks. Then up the distance or time slot by 10%, and do this for 2 weeks. Then increase again etc. And gradually gently build up. No coach potato to 15k for us!! Lots on google and ME websites about Just start low... And expect set backs)
I have taken a similarly slow approach to weight loss.
We have to remember it is easier on the CFS to not eat that cake than it is to burn off 400 cals - so really it is good food knowledge and will power we CFS folk need.
Btw, in addition to walking - I swim. Gentle, pleasant, easy to build gradually...i recommend!
Hope this helps. It is such a lonely condition at times...
