Why does entering weight training into MFP not have a calorie burn total for each move, but cardio activities do?

Put your strength training under cardio to get the calorie burn. The strength part just records your sets and reps.1

How do you enter the strength training moves into cardio when it only asks for time instead of weights and reps?

You don't enter the specific exercises - that's where you'd enter it into the strength part. To get your calorie burn, that's where you just enter the time into cardio. Hope that makes sense.0

How much time? Only active lifting time or do you include the rests too?0
