I am an 18 year old recent high school graduate, I have lost 20lbs since my graduation but hit a wall right now and am not losing anything now. I am not the biggest fan of veggies, but I can eat some lettuce here and there. I would like to know if anyone could help me, thanks.

Hi James. It seems like you have hit a plateau. If you aren't familiar with this term, it's basically where your body is tired of its routine. Change it up a little bit. Do a different exercise regimen and look up some different ways to incorporate different foods. Pinterest is a great tool for some awesome recipes!0

No, i've never heard of it before. I'll check it out and see. I myself do the Beachbody programs and am having great success with it. I haven't hit a plateau yet, but thinking one day I will...Try not to get so bummed about it...it happens to more people than you might think! I'll check into that Freelectics!0
