Been on My Fitness Pal a month

Looking for new friends. Have lost 15 lbs since I started 28 days ago. I weigh and measure every thing that goes into my mouth. I take the time and record everything I eat or drink at the time of consumption. I walk every morning for
1-1:30 hours. About 5-6 miles depending on how I feel. I never give up. I am determined to win this life style change. Regardless of weather I out there at 7am but I do take 1-2 days at the most off a week. Have to have the muscles rebuild. Would love to be your friend. Karen

    Hi Karen, keep it up. I am new at this too. I find myself eating less since measuring everything.

    Hi Karen , keep it up . Measuring everything is good . Keeps u in control and helps decide portion sizes.
