I still have a long way to go before I reach my goals, but I'm still pretty stoked on my results from 6 months of kickboxing 3-4x/week!

Many of my clients kickbox with me and attribute their weight loss to it. Just doing 3 minutes of intense kickboxing would wear out the average individual.
