Hey guys, I'm trying to stay motivated with my nutrition as well as my exercise goals, while working 2 jobs. What's your favorite workout, and your go-to healthy meal on the run?

I like to make protine balls!! I just measure out some peanutbutter, oats, seeds, raisins, and maybe protine powder etc. and form a dough. Just make them into ball shapes and freeze/bag them.

These are kind of high calorie depending on the ratios used. They're still a healthy on the go snack :^)

I typically have some grilled chicken with peppers and onions in the fridge ready for reheating. Toss in some salsa and diced avocado and its pretty fantastic quick meal. I also have bags of nuts everywhere.

Favourite workout - cycling, can't beat the rush of belting through the woods, usually in the dark!

As for meals on the go, it's amazing how many variations of chicken/prawns and rice there are! Can really make the most of each calorie too. I also have protein bars for snacking on too - favourites of those being peanut & chocolate and mint & chocolate.

I am doing all body weight workouts right now and loving it!! As far as go to food.... I pack my food and bring it with me everyday. I prepare it on Sunday for the week........... lots of chicken and broccoli, always an apple and a banana for snacks. And nuts.

I am getting back into kickboxing, instead of just regular gym. My biggest challenge are days I go from my first job, straight to the next- I leave at 7am and get home at 10pm.

I don't work 2 jobs, but the job I have takes up about 12 hours of my time everyday for 6 days a week on average. Favorite workout? I run a lot, but have gotten a lot more into weight training over the last year...go to meal in mornings, while in a time crunch, which is almost always, is oatmeal with peanut butter flavored protein powder mixed in with sugar free chocolate chips sprinkled on top. It's like a healthy giant Reece's peanut butter cup! Lol

Favorite fast workout is interval training on a versaclimber, and for quick meals I keep a grilled chicken breast or salmon with mixed veggies in a plastic container. I can reheat it or not, and since my schedule is up in the air a lot I can sneak it in almost any time

I like kickboxing too! Turbo Jam is so fun. I buy a big tub or bag of salad and then just leave it in the work fridge for my lunches everyday. I might take some leftover meat and veggies from dinner the night before to go with it, or just grab a hard boiled egg, lunch meat, Greek yogurt. Snacks for my bag would be Quest bars, peanut butter crackers or almonds, banana, apple.

Wow, that sounds really good! I'll have to try that! Do you work out before or after work?

Lol, that probably wouldn't work out to well! However, kickboxing does make me feel strong and confident!!!
