Hey everyone! I definitely want to try and lose 40 lbs by Christmas. Im trying to get back to my old healthy self but I keep having setbacks....hopefully this will keep me motivated and lose some weight.

I just found this group today, but I put myself on a "awareness diet" of less than 2,000 calories a day.
Not comfortable sharing my weight just yet, but I'm totally in to lose 40 pounds by Christmas.

So I just wanna put this out there. We should be looking to loss no more than or less than 2lbs per week. So we have 20 weeks from August 1 to December 25. That's 20 x 2 =40lbs.
As much as we all wanna loss the weight, we are still aiming to be healthy. I wish u guys all the best in this Journey.
