I love that closer to the end of the first 30 days, you are in more DVDs and get a change. I still cannot do burpees and jump lunges because of knee problems, so I modify them... I am so happy that i can now do plank and things that I never thought I would have the strength to accomplish. I went into the office after having been away for a month and now two more people have decided to give this program a go. Good luck to you all. Also, if you go to the S90 website, you can download copies of the Calendar. I did that so that i can X off each day. I have a lot of weight to lose so I know that I will have to do another 90 days to reach my goals.0
