    The lack of reading comprehension I have noticed around MFP specifically. There truly have been times that I felt like face-palming.

    I have seen a few posts where a person believed if they had a calorie deficit for example of 750 calories and burned 2750 calories in exercise (same day) that they should loose a pound "today".. ;)

    I feel like people don't realize how many stupid ppl are out in public everyday! I must encounter a lot, I guess I'm just really good at picking stuff out like that some people are oblivious
