I enjoy Pure Protein bars.
20 grams protein for 180 to 200 cals, only 2grams of sugar.
Chocolate peanut butter currently my fav.0 -
My husband and I are IN LOVE with BSN products. We use BSN Syntha-6. It tastes AMAZING (especially cookies and cream & chocolate peanut butter) and is not gritty. It doesn't contain as much protein as other products (22 grams/serving), but I eat a pretty balanced diet so I generally get a lot of protein from my meals and don't need a hefty protein shake.
We also stack it with BSN CellMass after our workouts. It's a creatine product and tastes really good. I have noticed good results from both products.0 -

Isopure Zero Carb protein shakes and Think Thin protein bars. Both excellent without sugar and gluten free. 50g of protein per shake and 20g of protein per bar. I like Creamy Peanut Butter bars and strawberry or vanilla shakes. In the shakes you can add frozen fruit, psyllium husks, Greek yogurt, or natural peanut butter to enhance flavor and nutritional value. If you are watching weight use one scoop instead of two. Shakes are great post-workout and bars are great as emergency snacks or meals on the go.0

I use Carb Solutions as a filler, its very sweet and creamy but has only 110-120 calories in two scoops, 0 sugar, 3g carbs, I only use the vanilla flavor (i hate chocolate of any kind) and I mix it with water, ice, and my fruits for a great shake.

I joined Healthy Figures 6 weeks ago. Their dietician suggested EAS shakes and bars. She strongly recommended that you read the labels on all diet products (bars, shakes, etc) because most of them are no better than candy bars in terms of carbs, fat and unhealthy calories, despite the protein content.0

I recommend Muscle Pharm's Combat Powder - Cookies & Cream. You'd never even know it was protein...0

Thanks guys! I heard you really gotta watch the calories and sugar on them.. I read a little on the diff between whey and other types. so confusing.. : /~0

I use Optimum Nutritions Products daily..and I tend to stay away from protein bars as they usually contain many artificial ingredients...anyways Optimum Nutrition IMO is the best.
1. They have a diverse selection of products each geared towards a specific fitness goal (gain/lose/maintain etc.)
2. There aren't any unneeded macro's in their products.
3. The amino acid profile within each of their protein products is usually the hightest of any brand currently on the market.
4. The flavors are diverse and taste great.0 -

I like Kaizen brand protein powder best, mixes well with water and tastes great but is super awesome mixed with chocolate almond milk.
I like strawberry banana flavor (orange is horrible! )0 -
I love shakeology and P90X protein bars! I eat them everyday. They are both great sources for protein and low in sugar. They are made by Team Beachbody, the same people that sell the P90X DVDs. It's helped me lose 40lb and have been maintaining ever since.0
