I was wondering if these 30 minute to fitness videos are suitable for beginners. I want some strength training that that are 30 minutes or less and her DVDs all have great reviews.

Use a couple of sites to look up individual DVDs. CollageVideo & TotalFitnessDVDs will give ratings.

A couple DVDs that I know that are suitable: Start Here:http://www.collagevideo.com/products/kelly-coffeys-30-min-to-fitness-start-here , and Muscle Up Lift 2 Be Fit:http://www.collagevideo.com/products/30-minutes-to-fitness-muscle-up-lift-2b-fit-with-kelly-coffey-meyer

Here videos have a modifier throughout. You should be able to follow the modifier (and lower weights) when you need to.

I have several of KCM's workout DVD's and they're excellent work outs - as good as the reviews say. She's hands down one of the best video producing instructors out there. I've gotten really strong over the past few months using Muscle Up, which is definitely suitable for beginners (you just have to find the dumbell weight load that's right for you.) However, KCM also does has some really intense high impact workouts also, which would be really challenging for a beginner. But as the above poster above stated, her videos usually have a modifier.

If you're a true beginner, try her "Start Here" DVD! I haven't done that one myself, but it sounds like it would make sense!

Awesome! Looks like she has a wide variety of DVDs. I just got the bodyweight training one for now. I will get the weight/circuit next.
