I went looking for recipes and I found a Mix & Match idea page that is very helpful. This is printed out and set next to my blender wellvegan.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/13-11-Smoothie-Card_r02-1.png

1 cup frozen berries 1 single yogurt of your choice 1 scoop designer whey(I use vanilla) protein powder, and then water to top off. Made in a ninja single serve blender. Can also add a banana if you want. I use Kroger's low carb yogurt it has only 60 calories.1

I have a couple i do
Blueberry:
Silken tofu, ground almonds, ground flax seeds, or chia seeds
Handful of blueberries
Greek yogurt
Almond milk until the preferred texture is reached
I always add a handful of spinach to all smoothies since I'm anemic
You can also add half banana to this and it will be more filling
Banana peanut butter:
Silken tofu, ground almonds, ground flax seeds, or chia seeds
Whole banana
Heaping spoon or 2 of peanut butter (alternatively i use this almond butter i have that is mixed with coconut)
Greek yogurt
Milk to texture
Handful of spinach
Tropical fruit:
One cup of frozen mixed fruit
Silken tofu, ground almonds, ground flax seeds, or chia seeds
Greek yogurt
Milk
Spinach
You can use honey or coconut nectar to sweeten these. Coconut nectar is super low in calories. If you include spinach then use fresh spinach only and leave the stems on0 -
