I suggest you search for 10min solutions: Carb Burner! It's a kick butt workout..you have your low impact for a warm up, then it gets more intense..kickbox, plyometrics, boot-camp, and strength all in one! :happy:

Whole body workout for 50 minutes!

    I would go with either Aerobics, general or high impact.

    It never occured to me to look on NetFlix for workout videos. There are bunches to choose from so you can do something different every day.
