I am just starting a bootcamp class and I am having a hard time finding what calories to track since it is not in database. Does anyone know how much you burn, or what website can calculate it for you?

I count mine as circuit training since..that IS what my boot camp is. I also looked up calisthenics and it showed the exact same amount. It's a LOT of calories burned. I know at my boot camp, we get 45 second breaks every 10 minutes and my heart rate literally never comes down. I leave that room DRENCHED. gross. lol

Well i finally asked my bootcamp instuctor. He said about 600 for basic bootcamp and 1000 for intrrmediate. Well..thats a relief. Now i can gain more calories...lol

I do bootcamp once a week, and have been working with a trainer since January. I wear my HRM, and average about 600 calories for the hour. We bust our butts, and I'd be hard pressed to get to 1000. No one in my camp has ever burned thst much!
