TIA last week-blood thinner for life

I had a TIA last week. Thankfully, it appears there was no long term damage. But what a wake up call. I'm just 52!!!! Would love to connect with people who can giv me hope.

    So sorry to hear about the medical scare! The important thing is that you are getting the right medical treatment! Eating well and exercise are also great ways to prevent future problems.

    sorry to hear you have had such an awful time - I have health issues but have found that eating properly really does make me feel better and have more energy - I can't exercise much but it is really important to do as a little more than you think you can, that gets you improving in a small way every day....
