I've been doing well tracking daily but I have lost only 7 lbs in one month. Exercise is hard for me since I have herniated disc Any suggestions?

you haven't said what your starting weight is, but 7lbs a month sounds like a good rate to be losing at. A rule of thumb is that you shouldn't really lose more than 1% of your bodyweight each week.1
