TIA last week-blood thinner for life

I had a TIA last week. Thankfully, it appears there was no long term damage. But what a wake up call. I'm just 52!!!! Would love to connect with people who can giv me hope.

sorry to hear you have had such an awful time - I have health issues but have found that eating properly really does make me feel better and have more energy - I can't exercise much but it is really important to do as a little more than you think you can, that gets you improving in a small way every day....0
