I gained a lot of weight when I was pregnant with my daughter. I have been working at getting it off for what seems to be forever. I was doing crazy yo yo diets, trying all sorts of exercises, pills to starving myself. None of it worked and I was just getting depressed even though my doctor said that I was loosing weight, slowly but it was coming off. I just didn't see the results. I joined up here because I want to be able to track my progress and see that what I am doing is right. I have also started yoga and am loving it so much. my goal is to loose 40 lbs.

Sounds like a great place to start. I haven't been here long either & have a ways to go. I have clothes I look forward to wearing again! Your children will benefit from seeing you make good eating choices & adding exercise to your life. Such intentional efforts will bring great results, I'm sure.0
