A female should eat at least 1200 calories. I'm not a medical professional but I think you're fine, maybe take a multivitamin to make sure you're getting what you need.

Yes. You should be eating what MFP gave you net (after exercise). 35 pounds in 10 weeks is extremely quick and you're probably losing a bit of muscle mass.

Some context would help. Height, weight, age, and activity level? I'm assuming you're female. 1200 isn't a magic number applicable to all people (though many people here seem to think it is), but MFP uses it as a floor to discourage very low calorie diets. If you're a rather petite woman though it may be okay to go below that, and if your diet varies from day-to-day such that you eat more on some days and less on others it may also be fine. I should add that given the amount of weight you've lost in a short time, it looks like you may be eating too little absent serious obesity and/or a doctor's supervision.

Wow, that's a huge loss! May I ask what did you weigh when you started? As for your question should you be eating more. Well that all depends on you, if your not hungry then don't eat. Just as long as your eating nutritious food. All of us are different and what works for one won't necessarily work for another. Are you excersising?

You're losing weight at a faster rate than is typically considered healthy around here. If you are morbidly obese and need to get weight off fast, then follow your doctor's orders. Otherwise, yes I think it would benefit you in the long run to eat more.

I don't know if you should or shouldn't, but do know that you're not the only one with that problem - MFP scolds me about it, too. :/

3.5lbs a week is excessive unless you weigh in 300-400lbs ..even then should be under medical supervision due to side effects of rapid weight loss
