Newbie

I have been a user for several months but i had a major setback when i feel back i to depression. I was beginning to lose weight and gained all but 5 pounds back. Now i am down a total of 11 pounds and im motivated. Just looking some supportive friends on the same journey.

    Heyy girl I'm very new to this also, after having one son I kind of let myself go but there's no excuses!! After going to the mall and being sooo ashamed of looking in the mirror and being so "fat" not being able to fit into those cute short dresses bc there was no XL was horrible!! But what really broke me was getting on the scale and seeing 200Lbs I felt like crying and it all began from there...now I weigh 176lbs definitely possible!! We can DO IT

    Woe thats awesome. I ilknow it feels great. What did you do during the moments if anywhere you felt discouraged because you didnt lose anything or you gained .5lbs back.

    Yeah i feel like a new person. Just remained focused. Plus muscle weighs more than fat. And when i got discouraged I just got more focused on my goals and kept going.

    It is hard, but the best advice I can give you is to stick with it! I've lost just over 50 pounds, but I log everything, every day! It is a committment, and if you are willing to stick with it, you will see success. Best of luck, there are plenty of us here to support you!
