    Hi Crystal, and everyone else! Crystal, congrats on the start (or re-start) of your journey and welcome to MFP! I'm Paula and I live in northeastern NC. Nice to e-meet you all.

    I follow a low carb-high fat-moderate to low protein way of eating (7% carbs, 23% protein, 70% fat on 1200 cals/d) and love it. I just started LCHF on June 6th of this year and thus far I've lost 28 lbs. Super! I'm trying to figure out just how much and what kind of lower body strength training I can add back into my routine and not hurt my bum knee.

    What kind of strategy are you guys using to reach your goals?
