Average of ~844 kcal/day over the last 218 days with max of ~4,100 kcal/day (4,246 kj/day)
Based on 125 rides this year expending 165,152 kj (4,334 miles over 256 hours with 125,444' elevation gain) which roughly equals an average of 757 kj per day or 731 kcal per day, plus roughly 4 walks per week at around 200 kcal per walk, 24,800 kcal to date or roughly 113 kcal/day.0 -
250 - 700 on my fitbit from walking.
I don't track yoga which I do for two hours 2x a week and one hour 2x a week0 -

According to my Fitbit average, I burn around 130 calories from walking, and an extra 410 from weight lifting daily [not counting my rest day]. So from 130-540 calories a day.0

Depends on my exercise. my lunch walk is 150-220 calories. When I go road biking it's anywhere from 650-2200, when I go mountain biking it's anywhere from 850-1200.
Granted I do not go cycling every day. Day in and day out I average about 8,500 steps a day and burn ~385 calories.0 -

Wow, people are posting some really crazy daily calories burned numbers!
I use a HRM and usually burn 250-270 cals in 30 mins on the stationary bike at 20-22mph or doing 5k meters in 25mins on a rower. Guess I could burn more doing more but I'm pretty much toast doing that.
Fortunately, I am able to consistently lose/maintain weight on a 2000/2250 cals (net 1750/2000 net) cal/day diet. So, 250 cal/day is all I need to burn.
Can't imagine what I'd look like or how much I'd have to eat to make up the loss, if I burned +1k cals/day. That's just crazy!!!0 -
300 - 500 is about right for me these days. I used to burn a lot more when I was working out more often, but the dog days of summer have made me a little lazy apparently...heh.
According to my Polar watch, my average daily calorie burn is anywhere from 2300 - 2500, and my deficit is 250 at this point for .5 lb/wk.0 -
it depends when I'm not exercising I burn 100-250calories (according to the pacer app) a total of 2000 calories, when I exercise I burn 600-1000 calories (depending of the type of workouts) with total of 2600-3000 calories.0

On my Apple Watch, my average is 480.
I usually get 175-225 from P90 then credit for other "active" times of the day mostly walking. If I have my early morning strength routine, a half hour walk mid day, and then 2 mile run at night, I'll have 1100 "active" burn according to my watch.0 -
Some days I get to 800-1000 (like now, as I'm off work for the summer), but sometimes as little as 50!
200-400 is average.0 -

Not if one is riding their bike in higher heart rate zones for 90 minutes to 3+ hours a day. It's quite easy to burn through the calories. But to burn 1K calories per day for a consecutive week is exhausting and not advised by me. I did it for one week as part of a challenge last year and didn't enjoy what I felt like on day 6 and 7. And I rode for a week in Italy this summer which averaged 4 - 6 hours per day on the bike. I don't think any of us do that on any sort of a regular basis outside of a maybe a week or two or three per year. We do include one or two days of "active recovery" where we might ride for 60 - 120 minutes, but at a slower/easier pace where the calorie burn is under 1K.
Endurance athletes don't even blink an eye at burning 1K, 2K, or 3K calories on a given day. I burned 1584 calories yesterday during a 90 minute mountain bike race. And that doesn't include the warm-up (25 minutes) and cool down (20 minutes). A sample of the heart rate zones that I hit during that 90 minute race are here...

Totally all over the place, depending on the day, lol
Short run days (3-4 miles) - 300-400 cals
short run + lifting days - 700-800 cals
Zumba + 1mi run days - 600-700 cals
Zumba + 2mi run days - 700-800 cals
long run days (9-10 miles) - 1100-1200 cals
