An Awaking

I have been feeling good about the weight loss but mainly feeling good because of the exercise that I have been doing each day. I know some clothes fit that didnt fit before but last night I got a real awaking. We went to a gathering and they had those outdoor green or white plastic chairs. I used to sit in them and my behind would get stuck in it; well last night I sat in one and there was plenty of room. Wow what a great feeling!!!
