should we keep track of vitamins we take?

I track mine, but I think that it is personal choice. However, some of what you are taking could have cals in it. For instance I take fish pills 3 x a day and each of them have 10 cals in them.0

I like to add it to my snacks just so I personally can keep track of whether I took it or not. Plus it will add into my calcium and vitamin stats.0

I do it because I want to be sure to get 100%+ DV for all nutrients, including those from supplements as well as from food.0

I think so I take animal paks and they have cals and protein, and by logging everything I take in I can look back and see what worked best for me0

What are animal packs? Are they different, comparible, or better than a one a day?0
