Hello there. Just started this app today and hope to get some results. Today is looking good so far, though i can only eat 300 calories for dinner. Ha! I skipped half of my usual exercise today (due to soreness after 3 days of work out video-and it's Sunday!) which would have given me a few extra calories to work with. Hey, a walk after dinner could suffice.

Welcome and you are absolutely right! If we don't track we can actually forget what we eat and how much. I have lost 110 pounds and I couldn't do it without tracking everything I eat even my cheats.1
